RE FUND ADVISOR

Main responsibilities & activities supporting Fund Management:

• Contributing to the creation and update of the fund business plan/sensitivity analysis as well as monitoring that the targets set by the business plan are met;
• Providing guidelines (e.g. asset types, locations, target volumes, target yields and any other specifications) to the Acquisition Team and identifying investment and divestment objectives in light of each fund`s strategy in agreement with Asset Management;
• Support the coordination of activities performed by other Areas and service providers;
• Proposing equity raising targets and supporting Sales in raising equity;
• Creating and monitoring the fund structure in coordination with Legal, Tax and Acquisition;
• Proposing dividends and equity reimbursement and coordinating the related activities;
• Providing recommendations on the financing strategy liaising with lenders and following in coordination with other areas and advisors;
• Support the organization of Fund Advisory Committee and Unitholders’ meeting
• Submitting the updated fund business plan to BNPP committees for approval of the AIFM.
• Assisting the AIFM in the approval process of the updated fund business plan in fund governance committees and meetings with the investors.
